Compensation & Benefits Analyst Berkshire £30,000 -38,000 + Excellent Benefits 020338/SA1 The Background Global leading organisation, is currently seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst to cover all aspects of reward and compensation & benefits across the business. The Responsibilities Reporting to the HR Manager, covering the whole remit of Reward, your main responsibility will be to assist with a salary & reward review, including bonuses, across the organisation, with some involvement in the implementation of process improvement. In addition to providing support to HR Managers on generic HR data reporting, you will also be responsible for assisting in job evaluation, salary benchmarking and statistical analysis. The Person The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified and have a broad knowledge of Rewards and Benefits. You will be numerically and commercially astute with excellent planning and analytical skills.
