Job Description

My client, a UK leader in Support Services requires a highly skilled Business Partner with a strong understanding of Compensations and Benefits. My client supports central government, defence, education and rail in over 200 locations across the UK with more than 8000 employees. Business Partner Responsibilities Plan and co-ordinate the delivery of regular compensation activities such as annual salary review and bonus payments. Regularly benchmark pay and benefits (including the broad band pay bands) against the external market generally and competitors in particular. Monitor developments in pay/bonus awards, pay differential trends and recruitment/retention difficulties through effective and timely communications with One Gateway so that appropriate interventions and support can be provided.
