The Background
A market leading IT – Hi Tech company, which provides UK, Europe & US enterprises with the support they need to operate successfully worldwide, are recruiting for an Human Resources – Compensation & Benefits Advisor. As a recognised expert in their field - growing at an exceptional rate and are looking for motivated team player, who would enjoy the challenge of working in a unique, international environment, where success is driven by results and a high quality client service.
The Role
1. Administration of benefits for all European employees, negotiating renewal of schemes and researching market conditions
2. Maintaining accurate information of all European Benefits schemes
3. Maintenance and annual input to salary surveys and ongoing salary research
4. Implementation of new Peoplesoft HRMS database
5. Updating and maintaining HR intranet site
6. Involvement in general HR issues
7. Participation in project work
The Person
Ø CIPD or part qualified.
Ø Proven track record of previous HR experience.
Ø Experience of European Compensation & Benefits would be an advantage
Ø Experience with Peoplesoft or similar HRMS database required.
Ø Basic knowledge of Microsoft office packages, including a high level of expertise in Excel.
Ø Some experience of updating and maintaining intranet websites.
Ø Excellent communication skills.
