My client is looking to recruit a Benefits Analyst who is looking for a new challenge to work for one of the world's largest information technology businesses, a global US company with EMEA headquarters based in UK , operating in more than 45 countries and with 15,000 employees.
As the Benefits Analyst you will come on board and assist with the management, development, and communication of the company's benefit policies and processes across EMEA. There are a number of interesting projects being undertaken by the team that will challenge and stretch your ability. These projects will broaden your horizons, involve you with people across the organisation and third party vendors that will make the role interesting and diverse.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Monitors, co-ordinates and analyses the existing cost of benefit programmes.
Researches and advises on trends and benchmarks against market practice.
Assists in evaluating, recommending and implementing changes, improvements, and enhancements to benefit programmes.
Project manages the introduction of new benefit initiatives and supports HR Business Partners with communication and implementation.
Liaises with external providers and escalates and resolves benefit issues directly with them.
Provides guidance and advice to the HR team on benefits policy and practice.
Reviews company benefit policies, plans and procedures to ensure legal compliance and tax effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You will have strong organisational skills managing your own time to ensure deadlines are met. Good written skills with ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a multinational environment are a must.
