The Handling division, is a profitable £400m turnover business employing 3,200 globally with its headquarters in Maidenhead. Following the appointment of a new CEO and Group HR Director the business is now undergoing a period of significant transformation with a core focus on sales and service. Reporting to the Group HR Director, this new role will have a broad remit across all areas of remuneration strategy, analysis and implementation, as well as the administrative processes to support best practice in remuneration and benefits. Supported by an HR coordinator, you will lead the development of remuneration, incentive and benefits schemes, and supporting HR administration systems, that support the HR strategy to drive engagement and energise the organisation. A highly talented and focused professional, you will bring your broad experience of reward to engage at all levels of the organisation, to drive change. As comfortable in the Boardroom as the shop floor, you are a skilled communicator, able to get your message across succinctly. Willing and able to plan and implement effectively, you will reflect Barloworld's culture of openness, fairness and straight-talking.
