Reporting the Head of Reward, this is a varied role broadly encompassing both reward and benefit responsibilities. Duties will include:
· Undertaking salary benchmarking, report writing and analysis, pay trend and salary data analysis;
· Managing own reward related projects;
· Maintaining relationships with and ensuring high levels of service from, benefit providers, involving review and renewals of schemes;
· Administering benefit schemes and acting as the key point of contact for both employees and providers;
· Working alongside HR and management teams, supporting and inputting to the Reward strategy
Candidates must be numerate, intermediate to advanced users of excel, with good verbal reasoning skills. Previous Compensation and Benefits experience including data analysis is essential.
