This is an exciting opportunity to join a sociable and professional HR function within an operational reward and benefits role, where you will be given the opportunity to help shape policy and strategy. With responsibility for market research and analysis of salary data data and benefit packages,you will work closely with the HR team to ensure that your employer is offering a strong work / life, review benefits available and look to improve company policy and competitiveness. You will also have responsibility for salary reviews, HRIS reporting and ensuring the correct data is passed to payroll. Candidates must have confident communicators with strong excel and analysis skills, previous experience within a HR/ Payroll/ Compensation or Benefits with strong attention to detail, the ability to work with minimal supervision but as a key team member, and ideally be degree educated.
