Exclusive with HR Staff Search My client is currently seeking an International Compensation and Benefits Manager to work an interim 12-month contract covering maternity. Reporting to the HR director you will be working a real specialist role and it is vital that you posses the following skills and experiences: - - Compensation and Benefits management experience at an international level, - Reward and recognition - Up to date knowledge of international employment law - Dealing with benefits programmes in Europe, - Managing salary reviews and bench marking, - Final salary and pension plans, - Long and short term pension plans, - The perfect candidate must be fluent in English and ideally in one additional European language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) In return my client is offering a competitive rate and offers the opportunity to work 3 or 4 days from home.
