I am seeking a Compensation and Benefits Advisor to provide a comprehensive and high quality compensation service within a leading organisation in Buckinghamshire. You will also support to the HR team and provide the efficient administration of corporate and local compensation programs and activities.
To be successful in you application you will ideally be CIPD qualified and possess the following experience:
- Working with benefit providers, including pensions, healthcare & bonus schemes.
- Harmonisation & benchmarking of benefits,
- Reviewing UK / global packages,
- Flexible holiday scheme,
- C&B best practice,
- To ensure bonus and other payments are compliant with the entitlement to benefits policy
- To manage, motivate, train and develop two direct reports
- To present a report on current projects at Quarterly HR Managers’ Meetings
- To liase with the finance team and provide a financial point of call within the HR team
