A strong, dynamic strategic Reward solutions provider is needed to assist in the transformation from public sector organisation and policies into a commercially driven organisation and incentives.
Offering a real challenge in a substantial role, your main focus will be to design, build, implement and maintain new pay, benefits and reward strategies and will include reviewing existing schemes, determined alternative/ improved compensation and benefit plans and reviewing retention strategies. This role is also responsible for the management of pay, pensions and benefit teams, ensuring that they excel at customer service and business delivery.
A professional individual with credible reasoning skills and a proven track record of successful change management within a Reward environment is essential including evidence of design and implementation of processes/ systems. The ability to present and effectively communicate proposals to all levels is also required.
