Fixed term 12 month interim role for an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional with the ability to help shape policy, provide direction and develop the existing framework. Working alongside senior members of HR and Talent, you will assist in establishing how new career structures are rewarded and incentivised, developing and implementing compensation programmes, dealing with benchmarking, market analysis, benefit review and renewals. Candidates must have confident reward experience, strong excel, analytical and communication skills and have a proven track record of providing solutions and strategies
