An international leader in the logistics arena is currently recruiting for their compensation and benefits team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys analysis of data and who with the right development wants to grow within a Analytical role within a busy Reward department.
Working in the international reward team you will work to agreed timescales for reporting on a range of management information. You will work with the team to identify trends from data, make recommendations to improve processes and manage the submission of data to external providers on salary surveys across EMEA. Building relationships across the board you will act as a focal point on compensation and benefit queries and provide data analysis feedback to the business.
Whilst previous reward experience is not essential for this role, this position will ideally suit an individual keen to develop skills in reward management or to further their experience in this profession. The ability to analyse large complex data in this role is essential, therefore someone who enjoys numerical based interpretation will enjoy this role. However, interpersonal skills are also critical for this position. The team will need an individual who can clearly communicate at all levels within the business and build effective working relationships.
