Develop and stretch your reward expertise supporting the delivery of the reward agenda for an established and developed organisation. Priorities include the responsibility and motivation for developing a team of Reward Analysts; management of reward projects ensuring alignment with business objectives including leading salary survey process both from a quantitative and qualitative perspective, delivery of annual pay and bonus review and competitor analysis of total reward package to ensure competitive position in the market. Strong reward experience with the ability to converse and influence at all levels is essential to be successful.
