Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will take responsibility for staff and driving forward Compensation and Benefits within the organisation.
The post holder will manage benchmarking and data sourcing projects, job evaluation, a flexible benefit scheme and car fleet along with overseeing the payroll and pensions functions. An experienced Reward Manager with strong communication skills is required to develop the C&B function, review policies and strategy, challenge existing practices and influence change within a longstanding workforce.
