This world leading FTSE 100 Company are looking for a talented and experienced Reward Analyst.
About you:

Purpose of the role:
Provide analytical support covering all aspects of Reward for the global executive population (c. 800 executives) including benchmarking of salaries and total reward packages, reviewing remuneration packages of other companies and providing support to all the activities carried out by the Performance & Reward team.
Main Accountabilities:
Management of benchmarking data for salaries and total reward package for the Organisations executive population for the annual reward cycle and any one off cases.
This includes:
· Sourcing data, matching roles and putting forward recommendations to the Executive Reward Director
· Support the Executive Reward Manager with the review and sign off process for the annual reward cycle for all executives, this includes all-executive bonus plans (APIP & EIP), and Long-term incentive plans (DSOP, DIP & TSR)
· Carrying out analysis and research into reward practices in other FTSE 30 companies and other organisations used in benchmarking in order to support key reward initiatives and reward plans
Providing support to the Remuneration Committee process including the collation of data and preparing papers on a timely basis.
Supporting the Executive Reward Director with ad-hoc projects throughout the year which will include research, and analysis together with the development of recommendations.
