Professional membership body are looking for an HR professional to head up a team of 4. Reporting to the HR Director (who is restructuring to take on a more strategic role) you will be responsible for a client group which are mostly UK based, however there are plans for international expansion so the geographical spread will be changing. In essence, this is an operational HR management role although you will have strategic input and be part of the senior management team. Due to changes within the company you must have some experience in OD having previously been part of a team to lead cultural change and you must also have an appreciation of comp and bens and learning and development. International experience is a key requirement of this role also. Your CV must demonstrate that you can operate as a business partner with a commercial and pragmatic approach and you must have worked within the private sector.
