HR Project Manager Pay and Benefits
Interim Role
Three Months
Based in Central London
Salary up to £48K
The Project Manager will need to have substantial experience in a Reward or Pay and Benefits role, preferably gained in the voluntary sector and in a large and/or complex organisation. Experience must include involvement in designing and/or reviewing pay and grading systems and using Job Evaluation schemes. Experience of performance related pay would also be an advantage.
The ability of the Project Manager to quickly asses and work within the culture of a very diverse organisation and to build relationships with senior managers across a number of disciplines will be essential to the success of the Project.
