Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional who is experienced in evaluating and sizing roles, job descriptions and structures. Understanding of Job Evaluation processes and techniques is central to this project.
With immediate start the current need is to critically evaluate and size a set of roles withing the current and proposed new structure of a function. This could then follow on to evaluate the remainder of the entire functions structure and consider the full benefits package in comparison to the internal roles of similar level and those of competitors and industry standard.
A consultative style and approach is critical to this organisation as will be diplomacy and tact in this sensitive HR process. This work is likely to be the initial stages of a full Organisational Design of this function and then possible other functions within this media company in central London.
After initial brief meetings internally, some of this activity could be conducted off site so could be of interest to those interested in flexible working arrangements.
