Our client, a leading financial services organisation is looking for a Benefits Manager to look at the overall benefits strategy , plans and policy within the UK to support the overall reward strategy. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to pensions, healthcare and other significant benefit arrangements within the UK. They require an individual who has the necessary people skills to engage and influence the benefits team, major stakeholders and internal clients. Ideally you will also have experience in executing global process at a local level and the ability to work effectively across a functional team. You will have strong analytical background and sufficient expertise in the area of reward. You will have the ability to understand drivers of improved business performance in relation to benefits. You will also have sufficient commercial acumen to engage effectively with key stakeholders.
