Job Description

My Client have an immediate requirement for a Senior Job Analyst or Job Evaluation Project Manager to lead their JE project on an interim basis for an initial 6 - 9 months. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for: Leading the 'Chief Officers' JE process Speaking to Senior staff, schools staff, teachers, headteachers & meeting with them in person Identifying school job roles Attending Governers meetings Lead a team of 3 Job Analysts / Administrators Communicate project updates accross the organisation through preferred channels You will be ideally CIPD qualified but you will be trained in HAY Job Evaluation and have experience of Single Status. You will also have knowledge of Job Familes / Job Content / Job Design and have experience of dealing with Senior Management & Directors. You will have strong communication and objection handling skills. Experience of liasing with Senior Managers, School Governers or similar will be an advantage.
