Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an addition to their current Reward team.
You will be a proven Reward Professional with a number of years of working in a commercial environment.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating all services relating to reward including; job matching, salary and pay reviews and have the opportunity to be involved in ongoing projects.
My client has recently done a company wide review of their reward benefits and you will develop and implement new reward packages and identify any implications associated with reward and recognition.
