A city based law firm is currently recruiting a Benefits & Systems Officer. This top ten firm is highly regarded and has an international presence. Positioned in the compensation and benefits team the main purpose of the role is to pro-actively manage and develop the employee benefits programme in the UK and Europe.
As Benefits & Systems Officer you will have the opportunity to take a strategic view of the firm's pension scheme arrangements and manage the firm's insured benefits. To be successful in the role you will need to establish strong relationships with external benefits providers and intermediaries and develop an understanding of the firm's reward and employee benefit provisions, processes and procedures.
Based London - City
As the successful candidate you will be an expert in pensions and insured risk benefits and have a strong knowledge of the UK employee benefits market. You will have strong interpersonal skills and have credibility with senior partners. CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
