Job Description

c-mp-76812 Salary to £45,000 + 26 days hols, group bonus up to 20%, pension, S.T.L, flex options and full study support- One of the best benefit packages in the market. Urgent -Potential October start date. Our client is a specialist insurance and reinsurance underwriting group listed on the London Stock Exchange. It provides brokers, insureds, investors and employees with continuity in an uncertain world. This position sits very firmly within the HR function and as such, the individual will be required to have the customer facing skills associated with this function. With a strong focus on the team approach this individual will be charged with the following areas: Payroll Managing the relationship with the outsourced Payroll provider, ensuring the accuracy of the data and that corporate services employees are paid correctly and on time. Ensuring all statutory reporting requirements are met and legislation is adhered to. Reconciling the payroll returns for other areas of the Group e.g. Bermuda and Singapore. Salary & Bonus Schemes. Implementing all aspects of salary and bonus administration for the company, including the administration of annual salary review process and all bonus, profit sharing and Long Term Incentive Plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness as well as adherence to the appropriate controls and authorisation levels. Benefits Administration. Managing all benefits administration for the business, covering Pensions, Life Assurance, Permanent Health Insurance, Flexible benefits and company cars. Responsibilities include liaising with external providers, reviewing the service and cost of these periodically and assisting the Group HR Manager in the selection and recommendation of alternative providers. Management Information. Production of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports including the HR Scorecard for senior management. Ensuring the reports are delivered in a timely and accurate manner and to check the reasonableness of the reports. c-mp-76812
