Compensation and Benefits Manager - London Docklands

50 - 70k + bonus and benefits
These highly regarded, global Investment Banking organisations are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager. The Compensation and Benefits team is part of the Centres of Excellence model that is in place and provides a leading-edge service in the areas of Remuneration, Cash Compensation and other Incentive, Bonus and Benefits schemes.
Some of the key duties of the Compensation and Benefits Manager will be:
- Create, amend and improve overall compensation data to aid decision making
- To assist client relationship teams to provide compensation advice across the business
- Provision of global hiring guidelines with regards to compensation levels
- Run the production of compensation profiles for the year end process
The ideal candidate will have the equivalent of 3-6 years experience within Compensation and Benefits and have the ability to build strong relationships. A knowledge of investment banking would be a real advantage and previous project management experience would also be a benefit.
