This exciting and fast developing financial services requires a compensation and benefits officer for the their London based head quarters who will utilise their past experience and go in and hit the ground running. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a competent and knowledgeable HR compensation and benefits specialist. Working closely with the global head of Compensation and Benefits and senior management you duties will include amongst others; Maintain all Compensation and benefits in various formats including market analysis Data compilation and analysis of cash compensation including market analysis bonus calculations and deferred compensation planning Participation in meetings with external vendors re: insured benefits, expatriate tax and other functions relating to the global compensation and benefits function The successful individual will obtain the following skills set Educated to degree level CIPD qualified High level of numeracy and strong analytical skills Attention to detail and desire to produce a high quality of work Excellent communication skills and expert knowledge of MS Excel You will ideally be from a Compensation & Benefits department of a big 4 accountancy firm.
