Job Description

We are searching for a strong Compensation and benefits professional to join a well respected and stable corporate bank based in the heart of the city. Replacing the current incumbent who is seconded onto a number of key projects you will be expected to pick up the compensation and benefits responsibilities for this bank of c350 people. With a strong understanding of Bonus structuring as well as salary reviews and ideally of McLagan compensation tools and strategy. You will naturally be strong with Excel working with Macros and other complex facets of the tool. It is also essential that you have the ability to liaise with and interface with your client businesses in order to build strong and effectual relationships. You will manage 2 staff, and line management experience will be highly beneficial.
