An opportunity for a 12month interim contract has arisen with one of the City's most prestigious financial services brands. Reporting into the head of Compensation and Benefits you will be responsible for a number of initiatives around pensions, share schemes and rewards communications. You will provide a conduit, managing third party benefits suppliers as well as interfacing with the business to effectively and accurately represent the benefits provision.
You will have experience of share schemes as well as strong exposure to pensions and international taxation issues. Due to the nature of the benefits provision a blue-chip or financial services company.
