Compensation & Benefits / Reward Manager

Our client specialises in the provision of a service critical to the success of businesses around the world. Their HR function is integral to the achievement of their business objectives and they rely on a team of highly skilled HR professionals who help this organisation drive a truly global service.
As a Reward or Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will provide value-added consulting support in the UK in all areas of reward and recognition, including program design, implementation, and communication, within the context of our client's compensation strategy.
Key areas of the Compensation & Benefits or Reward Manager:
Consult with HR and line managers to develop and implement reward / C & B initiatives that support goals of assigned businesses within overall compensation policies
Contribute within the Reward / C&B function to develop compensation strategy and policy
Manage multiple projects involving research and analysis
Manage all annual activities for the UK (salary review, bonus payments, etc)
Evaluate current programs to determine competitive position; recommend improvements as needed
Ensure line managers understand and utilise available compensation tools
Monitors programs to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Ideal profile of Reward Manager
Expert knowledge of salary administration, job evaluation, job design, and UK remuneration market
Excellent understanding of current UK regulations regarding compensation and benefits
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, Access, and other statistical tools
Strong written and oral communication skills; interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively at all levels in a complex matrix organization
Deep understanding of business
Proven capacity to deliver and work independently
