This well established Professional Services business have an immediate requirement for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their London office. As a market leader in their respective field, this business strives for excellence in everything they do, and resultantly need a Compensation & Benefits function which deliver's cutting edge services back to the group. Working with the Group HR Director as HR moves towards a centre of excellence, you will hold responsibility for best practice within the Compensation & Benefits offering for the business. Working in a pro-active and challenging HR team you will focus on for Compensation & Benefits queries from the business; Compensation & Benefits administration; through to Salary Surveying & benchmarking; and the management, promotion and development of the entire benefits portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a pro-active and fast paced business and help establish the Compensation & Benefits offering within the business.
