My client is a multi national professional service with their European headquarters based in the city of London. Currently there is an immediate requirements for a European Benefits Manager who will take full responsibility for re evaluating and updating the European benefits. This will involve contacting the office managers of various European countries and spending a week in the US headquarters to liaise with the senior HR team in order to developer a universal benefits policy. The successful candidate will meet the essential minimum skills set Degree educated Ample experience working for an international organisation where you have had to work with European benefits from pension schemes to medical etc. Corporate/professional service background HR Systems exposure, ideally Oracle. Confident with excellent communication skills This is a unique and excellent opportunity for a for a proactive HR professional within an organisation that is continues to do well and offers excellent benefits.
