This established and highly respected global organisation is looking to appoint a new Compensation & Benefits Analyst to provide a source of expertise to manage key regional HR processes primarily in compensation & benefits for the European Union Group HR function. Adaptable and flexible in your approach, and comfortable working during a period of change, this is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the business moving forward.
As Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will take full responsibility for research, surveys, monthly reporting and analysis and offering support in headcount related OD initiatives across the business. Supporting the C&B Manager and advisors in the preparation and maintenance of relevant data, you will also provide project execution and carry out activities relating to reward offerings across Europe whilst maintaining an understanding of the Global context of C&B.
To excel, you will have a proven background in HR/ compensation & benefits gained within a multinational organisation combined with a firm understanding of HR. Renowned for your strong customer focus, your 'can do' attitude and attention to detail, you will possess exceptional proficiency with IT literacy, in particular Microsoft Excel. You will build credible partnerships across the European business and make real changes to the reward in this high profile and well respected organisation. A second European language would be advantageous.
