A leading Museum is looking for a numerate and analytical HR information and compensation systems expert. The role provides an opportunity to develop the pay reward strategy through reviewing existing structures. Recommending and implementing innovative systems developments that will simplify process and reduce the reliance on paper based system at the forefront of IT use within the Museum. The individual will be required to develop the pay and reward strategy, reviewing existing benefits structures and making recommendations. Key skills: High level of numeracy and applied logic with proven ability to analyse complex numerical /workforce data. Excellent standard of written and spoken English. Self starter with strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Good understanding of Data Protection.
