Reporting to the Global Head of HR for a division employing over 3500 staff, you will manage a team of staff and will play a pivotal role in driving an effective international HR department, focussing on delivering impeccable transactional activities to a demanding front and back office client base. This will include responsibility for the implementation and execution of global HR processes and HR strategy focussing on employee relations, talent and performance management, resourcing, compensation and benefits and organisational design. You will also play an integral part in facilitating significant restructuring and cultural change with the emphasis on improving global efficiency and streamlining processes. The ideal candidate will be a person who has an outgoing and convincing personality. A person with a sense of urgency and result orientation, who can communicate and drive the necessary changes within his/her organisation as well as persuade the external stakeholders into the proper course of action. You will need extensive generalist HR experience, gained within large, international, blue-chip organizations. Experience of supporting front office or trading clients is also highly desirable.
