My client is one of the biggest globally renowned media brands. Currently there is an immediate requirement for a HR officer who will work within the full generalist capacity and be part of an established and respected HR department. The successful candidate will a fully CIPD qualified individual with significant generalist HR experience. You will be The main point of contact servicing a range of queries, you will be adept in delivering advice on company policy, processes and procedures, across diverse areas of the business. You will also support line managers adopting a consultative and coaching style whilst ensuring data protection and employment law is complied with at all times, allowing for case management completion. Alongside assisting in HR company projects and other duties where required. Ideally you will have some media work experience but not essential.
