HR Payroll and Benefits Specialist â London â c£40,000 *** ASAP start *** A leading Financial Services organization is looking for an HR Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join their team in London on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Compensation and Benefits, your responsibilities will include: Serve as main point of contact with respect to entry of payroll related data into SAP and work with technology to ensure that payroll extracts/exports are configured appropriately; Liaise with payroll providers across the UK and Asia Pacific to ensure that the monthly payroll process runs seamlessly; Provide administrative support around regional employee benefits related matters and ensuring that key benefits remain competitive within the marketplace; Assist in managing relationship with service providers by attending service review meetings and participating in the annual renewal process. The successful candidate will: Be competent with both payroll and benefits; Have SAP knowledge; Be comfortable dealing with all aspects of payroll and benefits administration; Ideally be available immediately.
