Large professional services company based in central London are looking to recruit a reward analyst for a period of 9 months. Getting involved with all aspects of salary and bonus reviews and calculations you will have a strong background in Reward in addition to a strong ability on Microsoft Excel. You will also be expected to interpret and manipulate market data on salary surveys. There are a wide number of projects that you will have scope for involvement in, but the major focus will be on salary and bonus reviews. You will have Excel skills including formulas, V-lookups and data manipulation. This role is to start ASAP and is working for one of the largest companies in Europe.
