Broaden your skills and undertake wider HR and business consulting work, whilst managing reward assignments when they occur. This is a leading, award winning management consultancy who are setting the agenda in HR consulting.
Reward is often an opportunity to operate at a strategic level and tends to provide exposure to CEOs and other Directors. Comfortable and credible operating at this level will be key to your success. You will be an accomplished reward consultant already or have a mixture of consultancy and HR experience gained from a blue chip corporate.
