Senior Reward Specialist - based London
c£65k-£75k
Our client is a leading global professional services organisation based in London. Due to a restructure in the team, they are now looking for a reward specialist to join the team and play a key role in the creation and delivery of reward packages across a global client base. Reporting to the Head of function, you will play a key stakeholder management role in a matrixed environment, building close relationships with both the business and HR in order to design the most efficient and bespoke packages as possible.
This is a high profile role that will require someone who has a strong background in reward, first class relationship management skills, and experience of working within a large, multinational organisation.
