Mypublic sector organisation in the South of England require an interim Job Analyst for 6 months to assist in the completion of the Job Evaluation project on site. The essential requirements for this post will be: Experience in an Human Resources/Job Evaluation Role Experience of carrying out Job Evaluation interviews Experience of providing advice to manager on the design of organisational structures Experience of working with at least one of the following: job analysis, job evaluation, equal pay legislation Experience of job evaluation, in particular NJC local government scheme Local Government Experience CIPD qualified Experience working in a trade union environment Rates: Competitive
