Here is an outstanding opportunity for a Reward Analyst/ Sales Incentive Analyst with exposure to a sales environment, an understanding of sales motivation, behaviour and incentivisation and experience in a financial analysis, modelling or reward oriented environment, to join this global Financial Services Brand.
As a Reward Analyst/ Sales Incentive Analyst you will be responsible for complex research and competitive analysis of base salary and incentive compensation data, assist in the development and implementation of incentive plans and programs and support Reward Managers in the ongoing stakeholder management of assigned clients.
For this role you will be required to demonstrate experience in dealing with data management systems, analysis and presentation of findings to various stakeholder levels and delivering to key business deadlines. You will also need to be an experienced SAP user and possess in-depth experience of Access and Excel programmes to Advanced level, SQL at basic level and practical knowledge of all Microsoft Applications, with the ability to write, manipulate and query databases and extract data from a variety of data sources.
