My NHS Client in Greater Mancehster has an immediate requirement for an experienced Agenda For Change Project Manager / Co-Ordinator to join their existing A4C team for a minimum period of 6 months. Reporting directly to the Head of HR and working alongside an A4C Team of 12 staff the successful candidate will be take responsibility for a significant part of the Project in relation to A4C Terms & Conditions which will be to develop the Management Guidance & Advice on the application of Trust policies in accordance with A4C T's & C's. Working with the A4C Team, the end product of this part of the project will be the completion of a "How to" booklet for the Trust Managers. You will also pick up any adhoc A4C project work The successful candidate will be an experienced NHS HR Professional with exposure to A4C T's & C's and ideally an existing or former A4C Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering within the NHS. Candidates without NHS experience need not apply.
