A global, blue chip operation, this business is focused on a fast paced growth strategy. It has an excellent reputation for market expertise with clearly defined financial goals. It is now looking for an effective and dynamic Manager reporting directly to the Benefits & Policies Director.
The Role
- Oversee the strategic design and development, benchmarking, vendor mangement and approval for non US subsidiary local benefit programs.
- Manage the plan design development, administration and vendor management of international benefits plans and provide coordination and approval for benfit coverages for all foregin service employees assigned to the US and overseas subsidiaries.
- Responsible for the development, management and interpretation of international human resources policies for non US countries.
The candidate
- Minimum 5 years experience of senior level benefits management.
- Graduate CIPD, MCIPD or FCIPD or relevant post graduate qualification.
- Working knowledge of legislative initiatives, benefits analysis, budget management and fully conversant with HR policies and benefits practice.
- Strong problem solver able to function at both strategic and tactical levels.
- High calibre interpersonal and communication skills.
