My client is looking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support the EU, Africa and Asia Pacific C&B Manager ensuring employees are equitably and competitively rewarded. Key Responsibilities include: Assist in developing and maintaining benefit programmes on an international basis. Preparation and submission of data for salary surveys. Collating, interpreting and analysis of salary and benefits data. Assisting with the annual salary process. Assist the management team and employees on questions/concerns regarding benefit plans as well as specific administrative requirements. Assists in monitoring and evaluating current and new benefits programmes against value for money, trends, legislation and best practice within the industry. Administering specific benefit plans and associated provider relationships. Supporting and assisting in the production of annual benefit statements. Assist with compensation and benefits projects on an ad-hoc basis. The ideal candidate profile will include: Ability to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of current compensation and benefits practices is essential. Previous expereince of the completion of external salary submissions, administration of an annual salary review process, managing stock plans and salary ranges and country benefits against benchmark data. Previous experience of working within C&B in Europe and / or in Asia Pacific required. Proven experience of assessing the remuneration requirements of a complex organisation and putting them into practice, preferably in an International environment. A high level of attention to detail, together with strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel expertise is essential together with a customer focus, enthusiastic approach to work. Appreciation of Global cultural environment essential.
