Interesting and varied role, combining employee benefits management, MI reporting, expat/inpats, managing data for payroll and ensuring providers adhere to KPI's.Duties will involve:
Managing the co. car leased scheme;
Administration of employee benefits including pensions and health scheme;
Co-ordinate employee share scheme, manage sale & distribution of stock options/grants;
Deal with repatriate administration;
Co-ordinate payroll data for outsourced provider;
Ensure all employee benefits information affecting P11d status is recorded and administered;
Maintain MI reports
Candidates must have previous experience of employee benefits and managing outsourced payrolls (400+ employees), strong communication and numeracy skills, together with confident excel skills
