This is a great opportunity for an existing HR Advisor / Reward Specialist to push their career forward within the reward field of HR. Our client is a well known company from the private sector who is looking for a consultant to join their team supporting a Reward Manager for a 9 month fixed term contract. Voted by both the Times and the Guardian as one of the Top 13 companies to work for in the UK, this is a great place to work and will provide invaluable experience for an HR Advisor with who has previously worked within the Reward sphere of HR.
As the reward consultant you will be responsible for key elements of the current reward policies and procedures in areas such as pensions, job evaluations, salary surveys and company incentives. You will work in a consultative style with the business partners and support the reward Manager in all aspects of reward. To be considered for this post you will need to be able to analyse and interpret raw data and have working knowledge in areas such as remuneration, benchmarking, and feasibility studies.
