HR Staff Search is currently seeking an additional Reward Manager to join our client's team based in Manchester. With a history stretching almost a century, this organisation is a recognised household name. As part of a wider global strategy they are now looking to recruit an additional Rewards professional to join their team. You will be joining in a lead role, and will have the opportunity to expand the team with time. Within the role, it is expected that you will take responsibility for aligning current roles across the organisation, and managing any change required. You will also take responsibility for benchmarking against the market to maintain competitiveness and promote employee retention whilst maximising return on investment for the organisation.
