Job Description

My client, a global banking organisation based in London, is rapidly developing their reward department across the business. Opportunities have become available for experienced reward analysts to assist in this new development, by supporting the reward programs across the region.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have an integral role in delivering payround as well as providing reward support for pricing of roles and the governance of proposed compensation packages.
  • Provide support in the delivery of business reward solutions and payround processes through market research, external benchmarking skills; strong analytical and database skills and by following professional project management practices.
  • Support the provision of first class market data services to clients by supporting the end to end market data process. By liasing with survey providers, data submission and providing support in ad-hoc benchmarking requests using existing or sourcing market data where appropriate.
  • Support the Central Support payround process providing MI support, reviewing pay decisions and preparing funding analysis and reports.
  • Review salary change proposals from business against internal and external market practices and review payround recommendations versus internal and external market
  • Provide ad-hoc support.
  • Support the business in the preparation of offers to external hires, making recommendations to HRBPs and line managers in conjunction with Reward Managers

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, be performance and results orientated, good customer skills and communication skills, be a collaborative teamworker, committed to self development and exercise good judgement.
