The London Compensation Team of one of the world’s leading financial firms is currently seeking a Compensation Advisor on a six-month contract to cover maternity leave, with the definite possibility of extension and/or permanent work. The team provides compensation advice to all business groups, employees and the HR community as well as modelling support to the Firm’s global compensation programmes.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Compensation Advisor with client management skills at a senior level. Excellent communication skills are also essential in order to influence management at the most senior level. Further to this the candidate will also be highly numerate with strong reporting and presentation skills and the sort of calm and logical approach to work that is necessary given the high level of attention to detail required. The job will also involve project-based work so experience of this will stand a candidate in good stead as will experience within an investment banking environment although experience within any large global blue chip company is highly desirable.
