Excellent opportunity to work for a top global investment bank in London, as a compensation advisor; within their compensation and reward team.

My client is looking for a candidate with a background in compensation analysis wanting to take on further responsibility and face new challenges. They must have client management skills at senior level and have the ability to influence senior management. Driven committed and enthusiastic individuals with a high degree of accuracy with a background in the banking or financial services would be an excellent fit for this role.

The successful candidate will:

Provide analysis and compensation advice to HR Client Relationship teams for assigned UK Business Areas across the group and provide flexible and creative advice on the structure of competitive reward packages.
Work with the Regional Head to drive policies and processes with the region as well as provide support to the UK Compensation Advisors.
Create qualitative and quantitative market data analysis for the UK and globally where required
Maintain details of competitor compensation packages and structures.
Advise on and project manage UK led reward strategies
