This is a senior team role within financial services and will include providing leadership to team members; providing advice, guidance and policy modelling; working closely with HR, global compensation heads and employees. Combining a mix of strategic and operational compensation skills, duties will involve all areas of cash and deferred compensation, assisting in the design of compensation procedures and the supporting documentation/ correspondence; advise on structuring competitive reward packages; maintain market and competitor data advice on current trends. Candidates must be experienced and credible Compensation professionals, with strong presentation/ influencing skills, a high degree of accuracy and numeracy and the ability to analyse processes in order to recommend and shape improvements.
